-Having an experience of Project and Commissioning Work of BUSS MX-125 and QK-110 machines for Manufacturing of XLPE HT and LT compound with fully automation plant.
-Maintenance of all Electrical Instruments.
-Cable Routing and Connections.
-Operation and preventing maintenance of HT & LT electrical equipments, Panel, Motors and transformers, DOL Starter, Star-Delta Starter Soft Starter, UPS & AC drives make YASKAWA, VACON, ABB, and SIEMENS.
-Utility Compressor, Chiller.
-Maintenance of PCC, MCC, APFC Panel.
-Maintenance of Microprocessor device, trouble shooting of Electronic devices.
-Responsible for keeping the machinery and equipment in running condition at all times with zero loss time.
-Monitoring machine health based on MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) principles.
-Able to deal with suppliers on machine interruptions independently.
-Maintain 5s, safety, environment to benchmarking standard.
-Scheduling planning and executing predictive, preventive and breakdown maintenance job in all rotating and stationary equipments with key focus on spares availability, root cause analysis, breakdown data collection, and history data maintain.
-Installation and commissioning of AC Drives, DC Drives, PLC also program installation,
-All process control handling on PLC/SCADA based Automation systems.
-Measurement of plant wise Electricity.
-Loop testing and fault diagnosis to site completion.
-Testing of Electrical Motors, Electrical Drives, PLCs, thermocouples, Sensors and Contactors etc.
- Installation & Super vision of various Electrical facilities like Switchgear, Lighting fixture, pole, Cable, earthling installation for Oil & Gas industries.
-Installation of indoor lighting fixture & other accessories.
-Installation of LV switchgear in substation building.
-Installation of Cable tray & finalization of cable route as per approved drawings / layouts.
-Site coordination, preparation of schedule etc.
-Work for Programming, networking, and installation of Process Automation devices for On Line monitoring, controlling with total data acquisition.

-Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with Distinction (68.80 %) from C.U. Shah College of Engineering , University of Saurashtra in 2009, Gujarat, India
-Diploma in Power Electronics with Distinction (79.83%) from Dr. S & S. S. Gandhy College of Engineering & Technology, Technical Education Board in 2006 Surat, Gujarat, India.

Certificate of competency entitled & got license as an Electrical Supervisor authorized by Energy and Petrochemicals Department of Gujarat state, Gandhinagar, Govt. of Gujarat.

I have completed Industrial Training for Automation at “Neo Creative Vision Technologies Private Limited” (NCVT), Surat.
