DCS console operation in Refinery

Refinery job in field for operation of different types of Pump,Compressor,and DCS console operation in different unit like KTU, Issosiev, Indmax and Hydrogen Generation Unit,

: I had joined in INDIAN OIL CORPORATION LIMITED in Guwahati Refinery as a Chemical
Operator in Kerosene Treating Unit on 4th April’1994. As a Field Operator I had to see
The Tank Firm Area, Pump House, SO2 Gas compressor- How to start/stop a compress
-or,a Pump start/stop , change over etc.
From 2003 to 2010 I was working in INDMAX Unit as a Panel Operator from the
Commissioning of the unit(It is like a FCC unit).
Experience : 1) Having 18 + years Experience in the Refinery Field in various Units.
2) Having Experience how to run a Centrifugal Pump, Reciprocating Pump, Reciprocating
Compressor, Furnace Operation, Tank Firm Operation and Emergency Handling in field.
3) Having Experience in DCS Console Operation for 11+ years.
4) Having Experience in Pre-commissioning & Commissioning jobs in INDMAX Unit (Like
FCCU), Hydrogen Generation Unit.
5) Having Experience in Emergency Panel Handling in DCS, Taking safely Shutdown when
Emergency and do Start Up again.
6) Having Experience as a Shift In charge , Shift Duty for 48 hours weekly.
7) Having Experience to Co-ordination during day to day production programmed.
8) Can manage Shift and plant operation safely.
9) Having Experience to Co-ordination with other service department for smooth &
Trouble Free plant operation.
10) I am Specialist for DCS panel operation.
11) 6 years experience in K T U unit.
12) 7+ years experience in Console Operation in INDMAX unit.
13) 2&half years experience in Hydrogen Generation Unit In Console.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
HIGH SCHOOL LEAVING CERTIFICATE: From Board of Secondary Education, Assam with 1st Division in
1985.
Intermediate : From Assam Higher Secondary Education Council in Science stream in 1987.
Diploma : Diploma in Chemical Engineering from State Council for Technical Education, Assam
(Assam Engineering Institute, Guwahati) in 1991 with 1st Class.
