 Ensure that all employees having PPE.
 Daily safety inspection of site to indentify the unsafe behavior and unsafe condition of work.
 Check safe work plan before starting job.
 Inspection of scaffolding and all workers related to work at height.
 Responsible for gas testing on job site of confine space.
 Inspection of welding machine.
 Responsible for safety meeting and training of fire fighting to workers.
 Recommends disciplinary action to safety violators who exposed unnecessary themselves or other personal or property damage.
 Make all site activity reports in proper job safety analysis in procure it.
 To attend the everyday tool box meeting and weekly safety meeting to made aware the workers about the safe work practice.
 Taking care the safety of men and machinery as per client safety procedure and specification.
 To make aware the workers about fire protection, site safety requirement and housekeeping.
 Checking the safe work plan before starting the work.
 Daily inspection of heavy equipment check list.
 Checking all permit for the related jobs.
 Auditing monthly colors code, weekly scaffold tags and fire extinguisher tags.
 Auditing machinery electrical equipments, hand tools, and power tools.
 Preparation of accident, incident and near miss report, the root cause of the accidents and its preventive measures.
 Inspection the work site and taking suitable steps to climate all unsafe working condition and potential hazards and to maintain good housekeeping.
 Preparation of job safety analysis and hazard identification.
 To educate the supervisors and working crew to follow safe working practice.
 Checking and monitoring the scaffolding tag system.
 Supervision and conducting investigation of accident and incidents including near misses, determination of probable causes and enforcing preventive measure.
