Conduct weld audit for to verify welding parameters as per wps

Raise NCR to avoid major mistakes like wrong electrode usage ,wrong materials usage and welding done by unqualified welders etc

Arrange PWHT and Hardness test for test pack documentation
Submit test pack for review and carry out testing,
Making Re instatement for proper valve installation and gasket, etc
Making transmittal to forward test packs for various stages of approval
Co-ordinating inspection personnel, reviewing inspection findings and repairs, remediation, recommendations,
Verifying properties reported in test certificates – ASME Sec II. Part A / B and Verify NDT Requirement
Inspection during fabrication such as bevel preparation, fit up, welding parameters monitoring, usage of approved electrodes, WPS, welders etc, and final welding Inspection as per the inspection test plans and approved drawings
Heat Treatment cycle approval & Monitoring of Heat treatment of piping (including attachment of thermocouples & review of charts)

Witness flushing, hydro-test of piping, pipelines, verifying re-instatement of piping after completion of installation incomplete works.
Involved in various NDT method UT ,RT, PT, MT, VT
Monitoring performance of welders in shop or at site.
Review and approve the final as built documents as per ITP and drawings.
