•Piping stress analysis viz. static, seismic, wind using CAESAR IITM.
•Piping stress analysis of lines connected to static and rotating equipments viz. columns, Reboilers, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, air coolers and pumps etc.
•Piping stress analysis of lines on Pipe rack.
•Issue piping loads to civil for designing of Pipe rack, Tech structures, Equipment platforms etc.
•Identify secondary support steel requirement & convey to civil structures.
•Review vendor packages & equipment drawings.
•Checking stress critical/non critical lines & issuing lines for construction.
•Evaluation of equipment nozzle loads using relevant standards such as API 610, API 661.
•Select and adequately support piping systems from a standard library of Pipe Supports.
•Review, check and advice direction associated with piping layout.
•Co-ordinate work effectively with interfacing engineering discipline and Vendors in relation to imposed piping loadings.
•Issue isometrics/drawings/documents/calculations on target.
