 Co-ordination with team supervisors & Technical Staff.

 Project Planning - Planning, Scheduling, monitoring and controlling entire manpower resources and day-to-day activities.

 Cash Flow Planning & management

 Co-ordination and Liaison with Clients, Consultants and other agencies working at project.

 Billing of the projects.

 Selection and Development of Vendors and Sub-contractors.

 Delivering the project in time and within preset budget.

 Review of Design & Contract drawings and specification. Raising RFI for the discrepancies (if any) of contract drawing to consultant.

 Sending Enquiries to Suppliers, Reviewing Quotation and technical & commercial negotiation with supplier and preparing comparison for different supplier.

 Preparation of shop drawing and Material Submittal. Coordinating with the Consultant for drawings and Material approval.

 Forecasting of tools, materials and man power as per the completion target of job.

 Ordering of Materials.

 Execution of the project within planned time period as per the approved drawings and specification.

 Co ordination with all services and agencies for any coordination issue.

 Planning & Execution of day to day activities.

 To sort out the problems regarding the execution of project.

 Overall responsible for every activities regarding project.
