MATERIAL MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Overall responsible in the total SUPPLY CHAIN Management, Materials Planning, export & Importation, Warehouse and Distribution.

In charge of materials overseas, expediting, vendor coordination and vendor management activities. Responsible for materials vendor negotiations, performing quotation analyses for supplier, 3rd party inspection companies and forwarder i.e. Casing Seamless pipes, Tubing and Drill pipes, Christmas trees ( Well heads), Line pipe and tube, Meter prover, Manifolds, Vessel, Separators, Tanks, Heat exchangers, Boilers, Fire Heaters, Flares, Towers, Desalters and Condensers, Fire fighting trucks and Wire line wash trucks.

Evaluate and ensure Third party inspection companies' adherences to the master agreements and approval of end users counter part in the company. Specifically in areas of : Inspection of Pressure Vessel, Tanks, Heat Exchangers, Skid Mounted Packages, Structural Steel, Boiler, Heaters, Condenser, Air filter, Silencer, Ducting, Pumps & pumps parts, Manifolds, Xmas trees, Choke & kill manifolds, Valvings & B.O.P’s, Sub-surface safety valves, Production packers, Shear orifice, Generators, Motors, Electrical panels, Complete two stage flash Gas compressor.
Monitor and ensure end user accurate on time information and adherence to financial and company's policies and procedures. Strong work ethic, negotiation and project management skills. Understanding of legal terms and conditions coupled with extensive knowledge of business and contract law related to corporate contract to products and services, 3rd party inspection with an emphasis on technical specification and materials supply chain. NDT 9RT,MP,UT,LP), Pedestal cranes, etc. Ability to work with a cross matrix team comprised of functional, technical, and financial, tackling supply chain subject matter for company’s strategic sourcing, procurement, as well as vendor management activities.
Responsible in processing Forwarder and 3rd party Inspection payment, P.S. Term encoding and final coordination till the payment is closed from Finance Department

Broad professional practice in the field of Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Trading, Manufacturing, Industrial and Petrochemical Refinery environment specifically in the areas of Materials Management, Logistics, Project Management & Engineering, Manufacturing & Production Control, Site Inspection & Services, Quality Management System, Auditing ISO 9002 / EMS 14001, OHSAS 18001 and TS 16949.

Possess managerial ability to represent a company with professionalism and confidence with strong organizational, administrative and problem solving skills. Can handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously and efficiently. A team player that prioritizes and meets objectives and deadlines.
