WAQAR(MECHANICAL MAINTINANCE TECHNICAN / RIG MECHANIC)

1-During my professional qualification (D.A.E Mechanical from SEP,2007 –SEP,2010), I have practically experience of operating Drill machines, Hack saw machines, Lathe machines, Milling machines, Grinding machine, Hydraulic Press, CNC machines, Rock well hardness testing machine, Izod impact testing machine, Brinell hardness testing machine, Mechanical press machines and other Material testing machines etc. Also completes Welding, hardness testing, Casting operations safely.
2-Working with CNPC Chuanqing Drilling Engineering Co., Ltd.(CCDC) RIG-26 as a ASST. RIG MECHANIC from 07 November 2010 to 07 February 2011 and then after three month training Working as a RIG MECHANIC from 07 February 2011 to till now. My major duties during this job are:
*Complete orientation process and comply with all safety policies and procedures.
*Safely and efficiently perform all duties assigned.
*Attend pre-tour, post tour, and special operations and weekly safety meetings.
*Maintenance operations are safe.
*Perform preventative maintenance.
*Greasing the all nipples & sheaves located at Traveling block & Crown block.
*Maintain safely PUMPS,ENGINES &DRAW WORKS etc.
*Maintain the engine room daily operating logs.
*Know all compound components are regularly oiled/lubricated and rotated.
*General maintenance around the engine room area.
*Keep motor room and machinery clean and painted.
*Assist the Mechanic, Electrician and Rig Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining
all rig power generating equipment and drives, blowout manifold, accumulator and
lines and all air, fuel, water, cooling and heating systems.
*Report on parts, tools and supplies needed to maintain the equipment
Assist other crew members as needed.
RIG SPECIFICATION:
*Engine Caterpillar Model D399.
*Mud pump Gardan Denver Model PZ11.
*Draw works (4 Drive) Gardan Denver Model 2100.
*TDS Model 11SA (350 ton capacity).
*Blow Out Preventer (20-22 top weight).
*120 PSI Air pressure used in Rig air supply.
