I am Mr. Guillermo Gallardo working as Fiber Optics Splicer for more than 10 years including my previous employment. I am a Filipino working aboard in the field of communications. Experience in telecom standards and practices, common sense, initiative, flexibility and commitment. Excellent in time management skills. strong interpersonal, costumer service and team skills. Familiar in different types of fiber optic splicing, laying ,testing and product acceptance testing with client for submarine and underground land cables. In addition to splicing i have also knowledge in testing SDH/PDH transmission DWDM, digital cross connect, commissioning, lining up rings and product acceptance with the client.
