Senior oil & gas process engineer in Atmospheric Distillation, and Vapor recovery units.
Work description
 Work in the operation management as process engineer.
 Responsible for providing direct engineering support to operations with process trouble shooting and process improvement.
 Responsible for supervising shift operations including safe trouble shooting, start-up and shut-down operations through D.C.S panels.
 Responsible for improving the performance of my unit by studying the operation problems and find the solutions. Also, by preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
 Responsible for the operating & follow up maintenance of vapor recovery unit.
 Responsible for the operating of crude oil desalting unit.
 Daily following up of major equipment of the unit (heaters, towers , pumps and compressors).
 piping configurations, heat and material balances, process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams.

COMPANY BACKGROUND :
 Conducts daily routine checks around the unit for visual inspection of processing equipment and reports any abnormalities .
 using hysys to make simulation of the production units
 Selection and laying down the technical specifications of pumps.

Cairo Oil Refining Company (CORC) is the biggest Refinery in Egypt was set up at 1965. It was expanded Tow times to matching with consumption in the country the capacity is 140,000 BPSD. CORC-Refinery is a large refinery complex, which divided into several units such as:
