Timblo Dry Docks(Senior Piping Engineer(August 2011-Till Date))
Responsibilities:
• FABRICATION, ERECTION OF ENTAIR PIPING SYSTEM IN Y-133 (O.S.V)
• In charge of the total piping dept. for Y 133 (O.S.V).
• Head of the fabrication, welding, erection of pipes in Y 133.
• Lead the team and undertook the responsibility of preparing daily planning report, weekly Progress report, billing of materials ,checking of bills and standards ,Q.A.P and so on.

Cochin Shipyard Limited(Piping Engineer(July 2007-July 2011))
Responsibilities:
• Erection of pipes in FUNNEL SYSTEM, AIR VENT SYSTEM, SOUNDING SYSTEM in P S V (BY 74,75,76).
• Collection and fitting of pipelines in the above Mentioned systems and was the in charge of the section of welding joints, explanation of drawings.
• Repairing of carbon steel, mild steel and brass pipe lines onboard and was the in charge of welding and fitting of pipelines onboard.
• Erection of pipe lines in CARGO RAIL, MUDSYSTEM, and CEMENT SYATEM IN PSV CD 9 (BY81, 82, 83) .
• In charge of welding ,manpower Deployment , brazing of copper pipe lines and testing of Blusher pipe lines in the above mentioned systems.
• Fabrication of MILD STEEL pipes as per drawings given,In charge of the inspection of Welding joints, grinding,survey of pipes.

• Bachelor of engineering in Mechanical Engineering(2006 ), Mahendra Engineering college(Anna University), Salem.
• NDT LEVEL II Certification ,QSCAN Institute(), Cochin.
• H.S.E Training for engineers at Bharath Petroleum Corporation Ltd in Cochin Refinery .
• First Aid course from INDIAN RED CROSS SOCIETY
• Completed Higher Secondary Education from St.Marys H.S.S., Kuravilangadu.(2002)
• Completed Secondary Education from DePaul E.M.H.S., Nazareth hill (2000)

Projects Done:
DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF GAS DETECTION ROBOT.
In this project we had built a miniature model of a robot which can sense if there is any gas leakage and fires an alarm if affirmative . The specified robot could also move on a predetermined path and able to take both left and right turns.
Duration: 6 months.
Motor Used: PMDC 12Volt, 5Wtts.
Micro Controller Used: 89C51.
