Project Manager Oil and Gas

To provide direction & management of site based supervision team on any large-scale fast-track project & ensures timely & quality resolutions to all site/construction issues in accordance with contractual obligations.To be successful Project Manager

Responsible to tender, plan, organize, and manage oil & gas FEED and EPIC projects. Responsible include design and blueprint review, analysis of projects, preparation of construction documents, bidding, negotiations, sub-contractor selection, material purchasing, scheduling, project budget, various codes compliance, project development, quality control, and completion reports. Participated in HAZOP, FAT/SAT, HSE studies as per project requirement. To lead a Project team to ensure timeframes and customer satisfaction. Liaise with the HSE and/or Quality Department. Ensure timely payments are received from the customer according to contract. Engaged in social contacts and public relations to the benefit of the company.
Managed EPC for E&I Buildings (300 tons), Driven Anchor Piles (1700 tons), Generator Building (500 tons), Flare Tower (400 tons) and Flash Gas Compressor Building (400 tons) for Gumusut Kakap FPS at MMHE.
Once supervised 400 contract workers to manage the construction of single project within budget, time schedules, client requirements and Company’s procedures ensuring compliance with HSE and QA/QC policies and customer satisfaction.
Managed EPC for Bunga Orchid “A” ( BO-A CPP ) 8-legged Substructure (1,600 tons), Flare Bridge (200 tons), Tripod Jacket (150 tons) and Piles (800 tons) at SIME Darby Engineering
Managed EPC for ERHA FPSO Topsides (1600 tons) at Malaysia Marine Heavy Engineering. There are nine (9) modules to be completed within six (6) months and shipped to Sembawang Shipyard Engineering, Singapore.
Managed Mechanical Installation Works on Guntong-E Production Platform at Sime Darby Engineering within yard’s schedule although most of the turbine generators, turbine compressors, gas dehydration system, pedestal crane, oil water separators, flare system, hydrocarbon metering system, scrubbers, oil water separators, glycol contactor and chemical injection system were arrived later than expected.
Managed FEED and EPIC of HVAC with ducting system in ERHA FPSO Local Electrical Room at Malaysia Marine Heavy Engineering. This is the biggest FPSO in the world. Installation of huge stainless ducting was carried out continuously during night shift to finish within very short period.
Managed FEED and EPIC of Air Fin Coolers (Heat Exchangers) for MTBE (Methyl Tertiary Butyl Ether) and Polypropylene (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.
