As an expertise in water and energy solution, provide sales and after sales service to our customer that mainly have water and energy problem. Reporting to my area manager, I worked closely with customer for top management to bottom on sales and on-spot services. As a highlight of my experience, I am doing the sales call individually and follow up with top management from different customer since I joined currently company. With the courage and willing to learn mind set, I can go on and try on multiple task whether it is related or unrelated to my job scope. At this stage in my career, I am ready to make a leap to try on new things. I have been involved in the boiler start up upon mill commissioning and help customer to solve their boiler problem. Also for the effluent and waste water problem that create high BOD and COD. With the technical knowledge that I get through my education background and company technical handbook, I am capable to solve the problem individually. Since I study chemistry during my university, I have a deep and up to date knowledge regarding the chemistry theory knowledge that will help me in the thermodynamic application. I do water analysis using titration method and also monitor the water condition for my customers using the equipment that provided. This is to optimize their machine operation to achieve best ROI. Dealing with customer that involve from director to manager, I manage to build a strong relationship with them that will ensure their continuous their support toward our company products. Bring down the relationship tension and solve their needs,that is my motto when I am facing the customers.
