• Monitor, Control, Improve and Optimize production processes and yield in the Melt Shop.
• Maintain quality control of incoming materials used in the steelmaking process.

• Monitor and Implement QS9000, ISO9002, TS16949 and ISO14001 throughout Melt Shop operations.
• Member of the Health and Safety Comity.
