Responsibilities:
• Monitoring and controlling of process parameters & safety
Equipments conditions.
• Start ups and shut down of the Plant According to SOP Methods., de-pressurizing and isolation, as necessary to make facilities/equipment safe for maintenance, modification or turn around & inspection (T&I) works.
• Having Awareness about different types of Valves and their maintenance.
• Check and record the plant parameters such as pressure, temperature,
Flow etc. Handling, Transferring & receiving of chemicals.
• Stabilizing the Plant during the Abnormalities and Emergencies.
• Familiar with Work Permit System & take care while carrying out Hot and Confined Space jobs inside as well as premises of plant.
• Report Equipments & Instrument defects for making further possible corrective action.
• Sampling of oil & gases and for all different campaigns.
• Field operating support through analyzing, trouble shooting & problem solving
• Working closely with must discipline colleagues.
• Reporting to engineer and manager.
• Initial start up experience and producing the on spec within the prescribed time.
• Plan, manage, control of pre commissioning activities such as:
1. Hydro testing. 2. Water flushing.
3. Drying. 4. Nitrogen purging.
5. Final plant leak testing.
• Having knowledge of instrumentation & rotating machinery operation.
