ISP Field/Operations Officer at Suriapet Booster Station, Visakha-Vijaywada-Secunderabad Pipeline ,HPCL.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for running the plant in shifts and maintaining & monitoring the plant parameters.
• To line up and operate Booster Pumps and receipt operations in co-ordination with other Stations through station PLC/Local.
• Planning, Coordinating and facilitating product receipt and handing over of same to the customer(Terminal operation group).
• Tank line up for receipt, Tank joint Gauging before and after the product receipt, handling of tanks during settling period including maintenance of roof drain & water draw off.
• Operations & Maintenance of SV stations and online monitoring of Line pressures, flow rate, density and temperature.
• PIG launching and receiving operations.
• Well acquainted with SCADA and APPS system, batch calculations, interface calculations etc.
• To receive status/reports from line walkers report and security guards and to log such information and coordinate with the Managers and Location-In-Charge in case of any abnormality.
• ROW(Right of Way) line walking and frequent surprise checks on Pipeline every week.
• Responsible for helping in sustaining the ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ISO 18001 certification by carrying out the required actions as per standard, applicable to particular area.
• CP system monitoring and CAT (Current attenuation Test)Survey done using PCM plus(Pipeline current mapper).
