Present job:
Presently working with Limelight Enterprises Pvt.Ltd. India, As Instrumentation supervisor, since Oct.2012 to till date. Responsible for execution and control the various projects, for offshore maintenance, Petrochemicals, steel industries and Oil and gas Refinery/gathering stations. Coordinate with customer, End User, Consultant, & third Party inspector to execute work. Study and Understand the Documents like Loop Schematic, Hook up drawings, Bill of Materials, Cable Schedule, etc. which are related to the works. Prepare work Schedule based on the Scope of work. Ensure safety at Work Spot. Obtain work permits before starting the works. Get certification from client for the works executed. Familiar with International Standards & Code for Instrumentation, send progress report to head office periodically.
Past experience:
TOTAL E & P Angola, for DALIA FPSO offshore maintenance through SPIE OIL & GAS SERVICES, France. Worked as Instrument foreman, located in Angola Block-17 oil field offshore, Since Nov.2006 to Sept.2012 (28/28 Days on/off rotation) FPSO process plant designed for 2, 40000 bpd production
DISCOVERY ENTERPRISES PVT LTD (JINDAL GROUP), INDIA. Worked as Instrumentation & control system tech. (Incharge), (Mumbai offshore) on FPSO (Floating Production Storage & Offloading), Ship-Crystal Sea, since March 2006 to Nov.2006. (42/42 Days On/Off Rotation), FPSO process plant designed for 25,000 bpd production.
