I am an extremely dynamic person and I have an excellent overview of the problems. I often worked in groups, during the college experience and during the work too: I have found a great capacity for management and division of labor and the need for me to supervise and check again in a critical and widespread, the work of each group member to make sure that the work is always done in the best possible way. My constant presence I never weighed inside the group also if I want be sure of the correct work execution. Obviously, when I come across topics or works that are my daily bread, and I had to have doubts about it, I ask all the questions to an expert in the field, which can validate or disprove my doubts about it.

My best quality is my personal organization and great capacity to endure moments of difficult: I enjoy myself when I have in front of me difficult situations.
