•Acting as Division Manager whenever the Division Manager is out of station.
•Being the focal point to other corporate functions such as corporate finance, HR and procurement.
•Involved in the corporate review meetings.
•Participating in policies and procedures assessments, reviews and enhancements.
•Monitoring and reporting division KPIs.
•Authorized as division manager for final approvals on corporate ERP.
•Conducting counseling sessions with project managers.
•Generating division budget.
•Responsible for business objectives identification, monitoring and achievement.
