Senior Maintenance Planning Engineer

Some of responsibilities:

1- Plans the routine maintenance of equipments and machineries. also attend breakdowns, diagnoses and troubleshoot faults and oversee time critical repairs on the equipments.
2- Design maintenance strategies, procedures, work instruction, and methods;
3- Writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines.
4- Creating work order for planning and scheduling planned and unplanned work for maintenance of equipments and machineries.
5- Diagnosing breakdown problems on the equipments.
6- Directing, instructing and supervising maintenance technicians and fitters to get the job done correctly.
7- Prepare a maintenance schedule for all ports equipments (Multi loaders – Forklifts – Material Handlers – Cranes ………….etc) at all zones.
8- Prepare a maintenance schedule for all river units
9- Follow up the implementation of the maintenance as required
10- Follow up the health of all engines using oil analysis with every maintenance so we can notice the problem at the beginning before it grows and damages the equipment
11- Prepare monthly KPI reports
12- Prepare a daily engineering report for all activities done by the maintenance department at every site
