Professional Experience
• Preparing all the necessary Work Procedure, QAP, WPS & PQR for all jobs and getting approval / re-approval from client.
• Prepare periodic reports on quality checks conducted and submit them for review to the higher management.
• Handle the task of implementing quality deliverables as per customer requirement and internal procedure.
• Conducting and coordinating with internal ISO Auditing & implementing ISO standards & Familiar with AWS Specifications.
• Check the status of production by conducting trails at every stage of production like raw mtls, work in process, inventory, storage, ware housing etc.
• Review the fabrication drawing & QAP for verification the inspection record.
• Observing & Inspecting all NDT test such as DP, MPI, UT, etc.
• Maintaining all the Inspection record in their proper formats.
• Arrange the technician on site as per inspection call.
• Review & Maintain the welding documents like WPS, PQR & WPQ.
• Suggest the vendor for welder qualification as per job requirement.
• Conduct the welder qualification test as per WPS & PQR.
Eductation
• B.E Mechanical Engineering from Rajendra Mane College of Engg &Tech (Affiliated Mumbai University) Passed with 68.86%..
• H.S.C passed with 55.17% from M.A Amien&Y.A Parkar Jr College of kalusta (Chiplun) Maharashtra.
• S.S.C passed with 72.12% from Maharashtra High School Chiplun, Maharashtra.
