Seeking a position of operational Technician-Oil And Gas.

A position applying for Operations, Designing and Economic skills to analyze solve Operational problems and troubleshooting operations.

NAPHTHA REFORMER: - Handling of Fired Heaters, Reformer Burners and Catalytic Reactors.
COMPRESSORS: - Multi-stage Centrifugal Compressor for Handling Hydrogen Gas, Reciprocating Compressor for Handling Purge Gas during start up and normal operation.
REACTOR: - Operated Catalyst vessel for desulphurization of naphtha with Operating at High Pressure and High Temperature.
AMMONIA:- Unloading of ammonia , filling to the storage tank, vapour compression.
TANK: - Naphtha Tank , tank Filling Procedure with Naphtha, Naphtha Pump Changeover Activities.
• Naphtha storage tank operational experience.
• Naphtha tank Changeover.
• Able to take tank readings like ullage and inage
• Able to climb on tank top for readings and inspections.
• Well Knowledge of safety aspects related to the Naphtha Storage
FLARE: - Lighting- up of LP & HP Flare Systems, Water Make-up for HP flares Water Drum, Draining the Stack from the KO Drums.
PUMPS:- Handled the multi stage centrifugal pump for naphtha, routine checkups seals, strainers, oil,…
CRITICAL FLUID HANDLING: - Ammonia, Synthesis-Gas from Reformer, Phosphoric Acid, Hydrogen, Carbon Dioxide,H2S and Nitrogen.
 And also I have gone through the Plant Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Work

PRE-COMMISSIONING ACTIVITIES:
• As per Design and Requirement I have done Hydro test, cardboard Blasting, Water Flushing & Acid cleaning for unit internal piping and equipment cleaning purpose.
• Punch list, Blind list, Checklist for ensuring unit is constructed as per P& ID and final Box-Up.
• All Utilities service establishment.
• Leak test of every Loop to ensure ready for Commissioning.
• Equipment Internal and External inspection.
• N2 purging, O2 Freeing and Catalyst Loading.

Having First Aider Certificate
Attended the H2s awareness program, Escaping procedure..Etc

• Studied Diploma in Petro-Chemical Engineering and aggregated with 86% in the Year 2010 from D.P.C Polytechnic Collage –Salem Tamil Nadu.
• Studied HSC with science group and aggregated with 69% in the Year 2006 – 2008 Conducted by Board of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala.
• Studied SSC and aggregated with 70% in the Year 2005 – 2006 Conducted by Board of Secondary Education, Kerala.

Involved in Burner clean up of naphtha reformer, light up of heaters, cleaning of strainers, exchangers, pumps, tanks..
