 Experience with high volume rotary DRI (Conventional)/ (Preheated) kilns and worked with WHRB attached DRI kilns.  Involved in end-to-end operation solutions. 

 Working with Jairaj Ispat Ltd., as Manager (DRI Operation) from May 2012 to till now.
 Manger and planning head of operations & maintenance team.

 Worked with POPURI ENGNEERING& CONSULTANCY SERVICES, HYDERBAD as a Trainee to Assist Engineer (DRI Operation) from 2002-January to July-2004.
 Diploma Eng Trainee : field observation inform to control room, Drop testing of Feeding Material i.e., Ore, Coal and Dolomite & Finished Material i.e., DRI Lumps, Fines, Char, Dolochar.
 Ast Engineer : To controls the parameters’ i.e., Temperature, Airvolume, Pressure, Raw material in-put feeding, cooler discharge observation and field observation.

 Worked with GALLANT METAL LIMITED, SAMKYLI GUJRTH as Manager (DRI Operation) From Aug-2004 to Aug-2006.
 Manger: planning head of operations, successfully commissioned new DRI Kilns, Co-coordinator to the power plant operations.

 Worked with M.P.S STEEL AND POWER Pvt Limited. As manager (DRI Operation) from Sep-2006 to March 2008.
 Manger: planning head of operations, cost control, raw material physical inspection, pollution control, Co-coordinator to the power plant operations.


 Worked with SCAN ISPATS Ltd., as Manager (DRI Operation) from April 2008 to April 2012.
 Manger: planning head of operations, Production. Shut down/ Light up. Production Planning discuss with Management, cost control, maintenance, raw material inspection, pollution control system.
