We carry out a Pipeline service, pre-commissioning, commissioning jobs (Degreasing, Oil flushing and Chemical cleaning).
I have been working with various chemicals, such as Citric acid, caustic soda, sodium nitrate, CRONOX 240 corrosion inhibitor, surfactant, soda ash, ammiak and etc.
My position is Service Supervisor. My responsibilities contain following procedures:
• preparation the lines by P&ID's for our jobs (I am very efficient at reading and navigating through Process and Instrumentation Diagrams and isometric drawings)
• supervising our procedures
• after finishing our job ensuring the re-instatement is done properly by ICAT team or other subcontractors

Job description: Chemical cleaning of pipelines, vessels, etc (Chemical cleaning contains 3 phases: Degreasing, Pickling and Passivation), performing of pneumatic and hydro tests under high pressure, injection of nitrogen, Boil out, Lube oil flushing, air blowing,
leak testing, bolt torque and tensioning, flange management, steam blowing, pipeline vacuum drying, pipeline conditioning, supply of commissioning and start up personnel.
