• Pipe module Supports BUTT and T Joints.
• Perform and witness Liquid Penetrant Test, Magnetic Particle Testing,
Radiographic testing and Ultrasonic testing.
• Performed Ultrasonic Testing on Weld plates, Pipelines and Pressure Vessels.
• Performed NDT on various components like boilers, pipelines and vessels.
• Co-ordinate the overall Non Destructive testing in the site.
• Perform re-testing for the repair joints.
• Perform visual inspection prior to the ultrasonic testing and Magnetic particle
Testing.
• Co-ordinate with the internal QC Engineer and perform the Non Destructive testing.
• Familiar in all Non Destructive testing methods.
• Monitoring the defects closely.
• Maintain the overall reports for all Non Destructive testing.
• Reporting daily reports for joints to the client.
• Performed Magnetic Particle Testing on Casting Body, Bending area, Machining surface, Shaft, Welded joints and etc.
• Performed Ultrasonic Testing on Plate, Long seam weld ( Longitudinal Weld ) and Cir seam weld ( Circumference Weld ).
