Project Planning
 Planning and scheduling of roads and buildings construction projects using Primavera P6.
 Responsible for ensuring the optimum allocation of resources.
 Generating Project Tracking Reports and other follow-up documents.
 Monitoring the performance of various process by developing and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and communicating monthly analysis with management.
 Extracting and analyzing data related to cost expenditures, rework, manpower utilization, work order closure rates and translating to comprehensive charts and figures.
 Preparing control charts to control and monitor the performance of process. Raising attention towards any shifting trend or out of control state.

 M.Sc – Engineering Management
