work internationally in reputed company and develop a new career in oil & gas industry

since april 2008, i’m working as proposal engineer in engtp (entreprise nationale de grands travaux pétroliers) a subsidiary of sonatrach, mainly specialized in construction activities (civil, mei for cpf, pipeline, etc), medium EPC projects regarding oil and gas industry and electrical energy industry , as well as maintenance operations.

main duties:
-treatment and reviewing of the inquiry packages (to review the scope & volume of works to carry out, schedule or project duration, obligations to be performed in accordance with the provisions of the subcontract/contract) and management of the process of tender (both technical and commercial proposals)(coordination);ie: co-ordination, preparation and compilation of complete, compliant and professional proposal documentation, both technical and commercial, for submission to clients in line with client bid documents and tender deadlines.
-attendance at client tender clarification meetings / negotiations.
-hand over of all relevant tender documentation to projects and contracts teams after award of contract.

high diploma obtained is engineer of state in petrolium economic (bac + 5 yrs)at university of boumerdes, hydrocarbons and chemistry faculty - algeria

training period regarding final study in entp (enterprise nationale de travaux au puits.) a subsidiary of sonatrach, specialized in drilling operations and work over.

trumps & skills:
-good knowledge in project management;
-able to mange and coordinate itb/rfq process;
-good knowledge regarding several work packages involved in cpf erection (piping, steel structures, static & rotary equipments, e&i, etc);
-good knowledge regarding pipeline works (flow lines, trunk lines, export lines, block valve station, pig launcher/receiver for hydro testing, etc);
