- Offshore-Onshore Pipeline Installation using 3000mm Diameter Polypropylene (PP) pipes.
„« Develop Baseline time schedule for Engineering, Procurement and Construction of the Offshore Pipeline project ensuring the schedule is structured in logical way and in adherence to contractual agreement.
„« Coordinate and assist the Project Manager/Senior planner within the project for all the submittals needed within the project.
„« Coordinate with Project Manager for the construction activities.
„« Prepares look ahead schedule, manpower allocation in coordination with project manager & Engineer on site.
„« Field/Site Supervision, Coordinates with Site Engineers for Monitoring/Updating Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports.
„« Assisting in preparation of Bills and/or Schedules of Quantities of materials (Monthly Invoices).
„« Keeping and updating production logs, monitor delivery and welding production in daily basis.
„« Keeping and updating records of quantities received from factory (e.g Pipes, flanges, bolts).
„« Coordinates with production personnel in order to meet the required quantity materials on site.
„« Coordinates with the QA/QC/Engineering department to ensure that all submittals is on time.
„« Coordinates with the subcontractor to update their daily, weekly & monthly progress activities.
„« Attending weekly/monthly meeting.
