HR:
Assisting HR in recruiting candidates
Screening and Short listing CV’s
Placing advertisements for new recruitments.
Scheduling interviews for candidates.
Maintaining employee leave record
Updating personnel records when a employees personal details change
Maintaining employee’s personnel files.
Making sure that all employee records are accurate and well maintained
Assisting HR with the day-to-day activities
Assisting HR with employee’s medical claims
Receiving leave applications and processing them.
Administration:
Collaborate with the technical department for international material order processing and documentation related to import
Work jointly with the finance department to follow up with the suppliers for outstanding supplier statement and cheque distribution
Preparing monthly production, consumption and inventory reports through SAP.
Preparing local purchase orders for non stock items and to obtain approval from the Management.
Making necessary arrangements for hotel bookings and air tickets.
Assist General Manager in documentation and to perform those duties assigned by him from time to time.
Documentation of commercial invoice, packing list etc and to forward debit note to the accounts department after clearance of materials.
Coordinate with freight forwarders for prompt delivery of material and get competitive quotes for their service
Preparing codes for production department through SAP.
