- Review and Witness NDE results [UT, RT, Hardness, MPI, etc].
- Manage certifications of all welders According to ASME Sec IX.
- Perform on-shift QC surveillance and evaluation of nonconformance issues as needed.
- Perform Final visual inspection for welded joints and base metal to meet the requirements.
- Compile all status records in a database for proper progress/closing monitoring.
- Supervise Subcontractors quality inspectors
- Review test packages for completion of quality requirements/ testing docs before release for HT.
