1. Market Analysis and Mapping for Generation of Leads.

3. Tendering for PSU & Private sector companies. Responsibility includes:
• Review of Tender documents including review of the Instructions to Tenderers, Scope of Work, Commercial Price forms and Payment terms.

• Prepare various service / subcontract inquiries for Internal Costing purpose & achieve timely quotations from various global sub vendors. Timely resolution of any queries from these vendors.
• Costing for Logistical Requirements & Major Lost in hole and Equipment costing.
• Responsible for Estimation & Preparation and timely Submission of multi discipline Techno-Commercial bids to clients.
• Preparation of pre-qualification submissions to customer and Project Execution Plan.
• Review and ensure all inputs are in accordance with client requirements and execution plan strategies.
• Cross function co-ordination with departments like operations, logistics, finance etc. and assign responsibilities to each of the Discipline Estimators / Supporting Members along with Timelines.
• Preparation of Cash flow sheet
• Attending Pre-Bid conferences and technical discussions
4. Technical clarification on proposal as & when requested by clients.
5. Follow up and Conversion of Proposal / Bid to Project.
6. Maintaining account with existing clients for new contracts.
7. Preparing report on monthly basis on achievement of planned vs actual activities / milestones.
