Abstract:
The main method adopted here is the implementation of copper tubes from the air filter directly to transfer port of the engine. Initially fresh air gets tapped from the air filter and allows passing through a copper coiled tube, which is coiled around the exhaust manifold. Thus produced hot air is directly passed to the transfer port of the engine, which is undergoing suction process. Two, one way control valves are fitted before the transfer port to avoid the reverse entry of the air fuel mixture and finally results in proper optimum combustion
