Maintenance Engineer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintenance In charge of all the in line automatic and manual machines in PV Module manufacturing section.
• HR and record management of maintenance team and machine failures.
• Communication with OEM.
• Communication inside company.
• Procurement of spare parts and tools for maintenance.
• Working in cooperation with Process and Quality departments to reconfigure the machine.
• Working in cooperation with process and production department to maximize the yield.
• Attending the Production Meetings to increase the team work.
• Reporting to GM Module section.

I am working as Maintenance Engineer in Microsol International UAE ,the largest solar cells and module manufacturing company in Middle East.Microsol subsidiary also include Solon GMBH from Germany and Microsol India and Australia.I am in charge of all the machines in Module section.I am an active part of module expansion project and technology project to increase the yield and cost eduction by minimizing the waste.
Previously I have worked in NRTC, one of the biggest Pakistan telecom equipment including SDRs and Land Mobile Radios, manufacturing company as Assistant Executive Engineer in Research department.I was a very
active member of team setting the Pakistan first LMR manufacturing production line.I was in charge of team for installation and maintenance of all electronic security and security gadgets.I was also various research and development projects including Software Defined exchange and RTU development.
