Quality Control Or Quality Assurance Chemist

Seeking position in the production field, where I can utilize and enhance my educational & practical experience and interpersonal my skills especially working in the laboratory in the field of chemical's industry or building materials

Working:-
 Working as accountant in mobile company from 4/6/2011 - 28/7/2011.
 Working as Production Chemist in quality control department at Golden Cup factory for Plastic from 1/8/2011 – 30/11/2011.
"Responsibility":-
1-In the production department as production supervisor, checking of raw
material which used in production.
2-supervision on production operation.
3-writting all report & orders in production.
 Working as training supervisor at National and International Center for Training and Research from 1/12/2012 till 10/2/2012.
 Working as Lab Chemist in QC department at Saveto Egypt Company for Building Materials from 15/2/2012 till now.
"Responsibility":-
1-Establishment the Lab. Policy; (Preparation of lab. documents & organising
the relation between lab team & also with the others Departments).
2-Starting With Searching For Good & Suitable Raw Material Sources such as
(Cement, Sand, Pigments, Lime Stone Fractions & Marble Fractions),
including Testing These Raw Materials Inside Our Source.
3-Testing Our Supplied Raw Materials & comparing The Results According to
our Standard which Approved from Finland Co. (RAUTE).like (Setting time
test for cement ,sieve analysis (Wet& dray)) test for all raw materials ,slump
test for cement & hardness test for cement)
4-Testing The Products Quality Direct From The Packing Machine &
Comparing The Results With Our Standard.
5-Research & Development for New Products or Decrease the Product Cost.

 Graduation Project: Blended Cements & Grade: Excellent 95%.
 Pre-Master degree in Applied Chemistry 2012-2013.

 Training at National Research Centre “Department of Applied Organic Chemistry” from 17/8/2010 - 2/9/2010.
 Holds a certificate "Safety Officer" of occupational health and safety administration (OSHA) from the California State Academy (CSA) - 5/2012.
