Modularized construction strategy development for process plant like Power Plants, Desalination Plants, Small processing plants in industry as petrochemical, chemical, oil and gas, etc.
Know very well of Chinese EPC/EPCM and Fabrication resources to supply international markets covering infrastructure, oil and gas, mineral and metal, chemical industry, etc.
Very strong in tendering coordination, project team setup and team building, schedule and budget control.
Very strong communication skill both in English and Chinese and among clients, contractors, suppliers both from China and overseas.
Various experiences of working in the position of client company, EPC/EPCM company, fabricators, etc.
Strong ideas of managing a team with appropriate methods to different level to guarantee the good team work thus to achieve each target effectively and smoothly.
Eductation
3 years' Associate degree of Welding Process and Equipment
Certification
Certificate of Project Engineer issued by the State-Owened Enterprise but expired in 2000 when left that company.
