• Create and maintain resourcing function metrics in terms of customer satisfaction against agreed targets as well as recruiter performance against defined SLAs.
• Designing and practicing recruitment MIS with the Sr.Management for Data Analysis.
• Developing a recruiter incentive scheme to bring a performance to business benefits alignment at individual recruiter level.
• Compensation negotiation, placement of the offer letters and closures, as well as pre-employment formalities.
