Professional Experience
PLANT MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE
Over 15 years experience in maintenance of Oil &Gas, petrochemicals, fertilizer plants and power generation units.
Working in Instrumentation related to Hydrotreaters, Diesel, Naphtha, Kerosene, Hydrogen, Ammonia Compressor, Hydrogen Compressors, SYNGAS Compressor, Boilers and SRU etc…
Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) task as specified on work order and make the report to the Maintenance Manager as the job.
Experience on all field instrumentation (flow, temperature, pressure, level) including pneumatic, electronic, Smart Hart and Foundation fieldbus of calibration and troubleshooting with 375 and 475 Hart communicator and other test equipments.
Performed calibrations, installations, troubleshooting and overhauling of all control valves, pneumatic positioners, electronics, smart Hart and Foundation field bus such as Fisher DVC Field View 6000 series and other etc...
Experience on Bentley Nevada Vibration system 3500, 3300, and 7200 series, installation and verification of axial, thrust, rod drop, acceleration and velocity meter with the use of TK-3 and troubleshooting with a laptop computer.
Experience on Prognost Reciprocating Compressor control system of installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of all related instrumentation
Performed all troubleshooting and trip testing activities through the PLC (Modicon, Allen Bradley and Siemen), DCS (TDC 3000 Honeywell, Delta- V and ABB Infi- 90)
Experience on plant maintenance software’s SAP, Web Maintenance and Smart In tools for PM, Ordering materials, create work orders and instruments data base.
Proficient knowledge of safety awareness towards personal and plant safety
Provide troubleshooting of all instrument equipment problems which is related to maintenance problems.
Participated as a key person role during any none routine/break down maintenance activities.
Development and implementation of preventive maintenance plans for all instrumentation equipment to ensure effectiveness of operation
Prepare work permit as per plan and review JSA (Job safety Analysis) and JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) before submit for approval.
Cause and effect testing, logic verification and functional of some instrument by simulating all the causes from field and observe the necessary effect are met, carried out testing.

Industrial Instrumentation Engineering Technologist Diploma (2 year Program) From Northern Alberta Institute Technology (NAIT) CANADA.
Industrial Instrumentation Engineering Technology (3 year Program) From Pak Swiss Training Centre from Pakistan.
Certification
