• From (2/2009 – Now) mechanical, piping& technical Evaluation Engineer (AMAPETCO).Oil & Gas Field (Suez Gulf).
• Working at (ALAMAL Development Project, AMAPETCO, A PICO & EGPC JOINT VENTURE CO) as project engineer.
• Project Name: AL-AMAL Field Development Project.
• Location: Al-AMAL offshore field, southwest part of the Gulf of Suez, Egypt

• Position: Mechanical Construction Engineer.

• This project was highly required to enhance the refinery revenues by increasing plant capacity by the following off shore & on shore modification:

 Offshore Activities:-

• Construction and installation for 3 new extensions for the existing AMAL- A platform.
• Follow up AMAL-B platform structure strengthening by adding 3 conductors and install new braces between new and old conductors, maintenance plan (sand blasting, MPI, MGM, CPI, CVI, bar grating replacement, new conductor guide fabrication and installation, boat landing fixation…)
• AMAL-B platform new (wells flow lines/gas dryer/gas trap) fabrication and installation.
• Construction and testing of 24”x 16 KM production p\l from AMAL-A platform to GOSP.
• Construction and replacement of AMAL-A platform boat landing.
• Administrate and supervise the execution of offshore projects carried out by various contractors namely: Petroleum Marine Service (PMS-12, PMS-11, and PMS MAYO) and MARIDIVE Offshore Projects (MOP-MD-300).
• Hydro test, dewatering, nitrogen purging, pigging, Pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up HC production for 24”x16 KM offshore pipe line.


 ON-Shore GOSP (gas oil separation plant) Facility modification

• Review and comment at the designed drawing, bill of material (plot plan ,P&I ,isometric and general arrangement )
• New 2 oil metering tanks with Max. Capacity 15,000 BBL
•
• New vessels & equipments such as slug catcher, HP scrubber, HP flare, etc...
• 16" x 10 km Gas Export U/G pipeline Carbon steel API X-65.
• 10”Fire fighting network included( foam system, cooling rings, deluge valves, monitors ,detection system and FM-200 system…etc)
• New fire fighting water tank with max.capacity500 m3.
• 16” x 30km crude oil U/G pipeline from GOSP to SUCO.
• Installation of new gas metering skid.

• Bachelor of engineering: Mechanical Power department, Mansoura University, Mansoura - Egypt.
Graduation project: gas turbine unit design.
• Diploma: fluid mechanics (hydraulic machines) Mansoura University, mansoura, Egypt
• MS.C (in progress)

Training:
• Completed summer training in Mercedes Benze maintenance center (2 month).
• Completed summer training in Talkha Electricity Generation station (4 month).
• Completed summer training in Dakahlia sugar factory (1 month).

• Successfully completed planned shutdown, critical activities and start up training course (OGS).
• Offshore safety training course (ENPPI).
• Rescue and fire fighting service for aerodromes (ministry of civil aviation)

• Follow up the following activities with contractor (PETROJET, ENPPI, PMS and MOP) to complete the work engineering, design, fabrication, installation and pre-commissioning stages.
• Preparation of work procedures, schedule, risk assessment.
• Mechanical project Engineer for (Onshore & Offshore).
• Equipment in Oil & Gas Field (Installation, Testing, and Repair).
• Good knowledge of industry standards such as API, ASME, ANSI,NFPA ,DNV etc
• Prepare work schedule daily, monthly reports.
• Supervise and audit work performed by contractor.
• Apply all safety rules before and during work.
Computer skills:
• Microsoft office (word, excel, Visio, PowerPoint, outlook…).
• Perfect internet research skills.
• AutoCAD 2000.
Communication skills:
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good communicate with co-workers and managers.
• Work with minimal supervision
