2 years of Professional experience in the field of Emulsification technology with a US based organisation. Hands on experience related to Boilers, Chillers fabrication techniques and maintenance. As a part of routine job my responsibilities includes following:
P&ID, PFD’s, Selection of Pumps, mixers, heaters etc.
Emulsification Skid design and Modification as per customer
Product Management- Product Pricing and Positioning
Handling oil fired boilers and their optimization and tuning
Emulsification skid installation – Concept to Commissioning
Handling Logic to automate the skid via PLC
Handling fabrication, piping, BOM and testing of the skid
Eductation
1. M.tech (Masters) in Chemical engineering -2011 from SVNIT, Surat (one of the best institutions in country) with 3 international Publications.
2. B.E (Bachelors) in Chemical engineering - 2009 from VIT, Pune.
3. Additionally, have PG diploma in Piping Engineering and Construction.
