 Monitor and control as stated in the drawings, WPS, contract specification during welding cycle
 Monitoring and supervising fabrication and welding operation on a daily basis
 Testing and qualification of welders
 Checking and confirmation of client specifications and standards all welds procedures, joints ,configurations, pipes fit-ups, preheat before welding
 Supervision of the marking of all welding repairs/failure by NDT inspectors, completion of notification request of weld repairs and completion of contract weld repair log
 Liaising with clients’ representative to ensure prompt and safe completion of their job
 Implementing and monitoring the usage of welding process on the contract in accordance with approved procedures
 Conducting via inspection of all weld joint for pick-ups, check the quality of individual welds, placement and sequencing, inter pass cleaning and temperature.
 Completion of NDT and PWHT and conduct in process NDT, review all radiographic film, prepare welding
 Logging all report into a sheet and provide detailed information on the status of ongoing project.
 Closing all none conformities raised in the course of any project
