01+ Year experience as rig mechanic working in offshore rigs of Transocean / Shelf drilling in India including commissioning equipment in shipyard projects. Equipment worked ; NOV mud pumps, NOV Top drive, CAT engine 3516 / 319, EMD Engines, air compressors, hydraulic systems and other associated drilling equipments.

Responsible for various duties including- but not limited to- the operational integrity, maintenance (preventive maintenance), installation and removal of mechanical systems/ components repair and documentation of the offshore unit's system, BOP systems, pipe handling system, rotary components, pumps, mud conditioning equipment, deck equipment such as winches, air tugger, cranes and auxiliary equipment such as compressors, pumps and water systems, piping, fittings, valves and emergency preparedness equipment.
