Position: Safety Adviser, (Oct 2012 – till date)
Company: Cape East WLL, Qatar, (QP-GSF Project, Dukhan, Qatar)
• Assist in implementation of QP’s and Company HSE Policy/Standards and Guidelines.
• Follow through on timely correction of HSE hazards, making immediate corrections as necessary.
• Inspect the project daily, and record all visible safety hazards, including identification of violators.
• Identifying and eliminating unsafe acts / conditions in the fabrication yard.
• Monitor on site safety meetings and report same on his Daily Report.
• Conduct HSE awareness, training and pre-job HSE induction for all personnel at the project.
• Submit job hazard analysis for each major phase or element of work (Method Statements) as necessary.
• Post safety signs on the project and check all areas at least once a day for housekeeping and cleanup.
• Maintained Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) on chemicals used in the workplace.

April 2009 – May 2011 : Eurotech Engineering Pvt Ltd, Thirunelveli, India. Fabrication and installation of equipments on process plants.

Employed as HSE Advisor/officer on above organization; Responsible to conduct and document inspections and audits of sites premises and to ensure that safe and healthy methods of working are being employed and promptly report to management and supervision any unsafe practices or breaches of procedures and regulations. Responsibility includes, daily safety walk, conducting toolbox talk, carry out risk assessment, administer job freeze audits, coordinating and administering relevant training requirements for operatives
