Experience in current company:
• Extension of complete support to set up Human Resources department which includes manpower planning, recruitment, induction and HR function set up.
• Recruitment and selection of staff for the various positions (such as Managers, Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Procurement Engineer, Technicians, Operators etc.) as per the requirement in Corporate Office, India Office and Offices in Middle East. Liaison with job portals like Naukri and Monster.
• Compensation / salary / benefits implementation. Re-setting compensation and benefits by bringing parity amongst the staff members on a similar grade to retain high performers.
• Plan and coordinate training and development program. Collect feedback and provide summary to the management.
• Processing and managing the payroll by using OPTM4 an Oracle based ERP solution.
• Updating the personnel files.
• Develop and implement performance appraisal.
• Extensive Enterprise Resource Planning implementation experience.
• Provide full support on HR products and services in the area of Management information to maximize employee needs and satisfaction, and to improve lines of communication, increasing efficiency and contributing to business strategic Management decisions and their implementation.
