Proposes optimum technical solutions for the operation and Rig Time saving.
Planning and supervising equipments preparation for impending drilling operations. Supervise the maintenance repair and installation of all drilling equipments.
Participate with the Heads of departments on quality and cost effectiveness of the operation on the Rig and co-ordinate with department heads in daily and QHS&E meetings.
Co-ordinate and assist the activities of third party and service companies.
Mentoring, developing and training crew members for their job and prepare them for the next job level
