Experience of wetness at the following below the mention System during loop checking, commissioning, & start-up DCS, ESD, SWDW, SCADA, VMS, CCC CONSOLE, MARK6, WNMS etc.
Review Vendor packages, Vendor design calculations, and Specifications for different E&I equipments i:e MCC’s, Transformers, Solar Panels, Batteries, AC/DC Panel etc
Coordinate and/or negotiate with clients, vendors and other discipline engineers.
Responsible to go through the design drawings as per the site requirement and provide mark up drawings for the designer to update them.
Responsible to carry out the inspection of Instrument work which includes the material receiving and installation of Transmitter, Valve, Gauge, IC/PC Cable JB’s, Batteries, AC disconnect switches, conduit, cable tray, ground conductor etc.
Responsible to monitor pre-commissioning and commissioning of all instrument equipment, TX, Valve, Switches.
Eductation
Diploma in Instrumentation & Control from Karnataka University
