• Process Equipment Sizing (Flare KO Drum, two-three Phase Separator, etc)
• Preparation & Updation of Process Data Sheets for equipments like Storage Tanks, FWKO Tanks, Heat Exchanger, Pumps, Filters, etc & Instruments like Control valve, On-Off Valves, Local Indicators, Pressure relief valves, Field Instruments, etc.
• Preparing line sizing, pump hydraulics & control valve hydraulics calculation.
• Preparation & Updation of PFS(PFD), UFS(UFD), PEFS(P&ID), PSFS
• Relief valve sizing using API 520 & API 521.
• Breather valve & emergency vent sizing calculations using API 2000.
• Preparation & Updation of documents and reports such as Design Basis, CN (Control Narrative), PSM (Process Safeguarding Memorandum), OCSP (Operating Control & Safeguarding Philosophy), POM (Plant Operating Manual), Cause & Effect Diagrams
• Preparation of specification for engineering of package items like Flare system, fuel gas preparation system, DM Plant, Cooling tower, Nitrogen Plant, etc.
• Preparation of Operating and Maintenance Manual
• Preparation of documents and reports such as Line List, Equipment List, Utility Summary, Flare Load Summary, Electrical Load List
• Vendor document review for package items like Gas Dehydration Unit (GDU) & Gas Compression Unit (GCU).
• Actively involved in station HAZOP of crude treating facility at Marmul Production Station
• Participation in Design Review, HAZOP & IPF.
• Feed Verification for various projects.
• Preparation of Scope of Work (SOW), Work Schedule and Man-hour Estimation for various proposals.
• Simulation software’s used: Hysys, Pipesim, Flarenet and Internal Spreadsheet.
• Familiar with International Codes and Standards like, Shell Standards, Shell DEPs, API Standards & NFPA Standards.
• Coordinating with other disciplines for data, analysis and comments
• Great ability to perform multi-task and meet deadlines
• Effective communicator & problem solving and organizational abilities and is fully conversant with producing the relevant process engineering deliverables
