Seven years in sailing on board various foreign going vessels of Singapore registry. Last sailed rank, Second Officer.
• I worked in various ranks and last sailed as a Second Marine Navigating Deck Officer on board sea going vessels (total sea-time: 7 years; sea-time as an officer: 1 year and 7 months).
• I have wide experience in ship-to-ship lightering (STS) operations, Single Point/Buoy Mooring (SPM/SBM) operations, etc., where coordinating and working with offshore vessels, supply vessels is an integral part of job.

Three Years Diploma in Nautical Studies from Singapore Polytechnic, Singapore.

10+2 with Science Stream (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology).

Class 3 Certificate of Competency [COC] from Marine & Port Authority (MPA) of Singapore.

Global Maritime Distress & Safety System (GMDSS) Operators Certificate [GOC] from IDA of Singapore.
Advanced Fire Fighting Course from Civil Defense Academy of Singapore.
Basic Safety Course from Singapore Polytechnic, Singapore.
Medical First Aid course from Singapore Polytechnic, Singapore.
Electronic Navigation System course from Singapore Polytechnic, Singapore.
Bridge Team Management & ECDIS course from Advance Research International (ARI) Delhi.
Dangerous Cargo Endorsement from MPA of Singapore.

Holding a valid Indian Passport with a valid C1/D Visa of USA (Visa expiring in Oct, 2013).

Holding a valid Indian Continuous Discharge Certificate (CDC).

Very good command over spoken and written English as well as good working knowledge of Office Professional Programs including: WORD / EXCEL / POWER POINT etc.
