• Preparation of list –deliverables, Man-hours and project Estimation.
• Elaboration of specifications, drawings and calculations reports.
• Define and specification of geotechnical surveys.
• Elaboration and optimization of work progress schedules.
• Coordination with other discipline.
• Coordination and approbation of civil and structural documents by the Client.
• Coordination with controls office (CTC, Geotech. Labo …).
• Design Review the civil & structural drawings, reports, specification submitted by the Design Consultant to ensure completeness, correctness, comply with the scope of work and requirements.
• Planning, reviewing and following-up structure construction.
• Management of Field Engineering Document (Field Design Change, Site Technical Query, Site Instruction, Field Observation…).
• Structural material selection and specification.
• Coordination with Quality Control (Aggregate, concrete and steel…).
• Preparing of bid technical evaluation.
