•Expertise in Pipelines Pre-commissioning activities. Hands on experience in general & intelligent Pigging Operations & calculations, Flooding, Hydrotesting, Dewatering, Air/Vacuum Drying, and Nitrogen Purging).
•Expertise in Leak testing & pneumatic testing by Nitrogen-Helium leak detection technique, Oil Flushing & Chemical Cleaning in Process Plants. Hands on experience in operating Nitrogen Pump (liquid to gas conversion), Mass Spectrometer, Gas Booster, High Pressure Air Compressors, Air Dryer etc.
•Expertise in waste management (mechanical recovery of hydrocarbon from oily sludge).Hands on experience in operating oily sludge processing plant comprising various equipments like mechanical shakers,hydrocyclone,centrifuges,centrifugal & screw pumps, aerator etc.
•Conversant with Oil & Gas HSE policy & standards, Risk Assessment, PTW system, H2S Awareness.
