Presently in charge of implementing organisation health and wellbeing programme. Responsible for the day to day delivery of the occupational health service delivery. AsTI, I am responsible for audit, policy and process reviews Provide emergency frist aid support to emplyees. Maintaining worker health records in line wit professional requirement. Work closely with safety in appraising the safety and health hazards in the work environment. The aim of the service is preventation of occupational diseases and promote health and safety complianve. The mainatence of health through heath promotion and education is also an important of the role. I received training in cognitive behavior therapy and provide first line counseling to promote mental wellbeing at work.
